What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at mhwoodscourt@gmail.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at mhwoodscourt@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Eligible Returns
Digital items are not eligible for return. Books which have been personalized are not eligible for return. Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
For physical goods, we offer refunds if your item is defective, faulty, or the wrong item was sent. Email mhwoodscourt@gmail.com to begin your inquiry; use the subject "Returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and pictures of the faulty item. We will replace the item or offer you a refund upon inspection.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
